Pegasus Airline Damaged Luggage and Stolen Items Complaint
On March 19, after a Pegasus flight to Frankfurt, I noticed upon receiving my luggage that my suitcases were severely damaged and that some of my belongings were missing. Due to the damage to my luggage and the stolen items, I suffered a financial loss estimated between $652 and $787.
I immediately reported the situation to the relevant authorities and filed complaints with Pegasus and the airport authorities. I also have documentation, including reports, photos, and other evidence regarding the damage and missing items. Despite this, I received a negative response, and responsibility for the damage was not accepted.
I request compensation for both the damage to my luggage and the stolen items. I also ask that my case be reconsidered and that my loss be fully resolved.
