Two months ago, I purchased a pair of Skechers shoes for my wife, product number 1-389735. Within just two months, the inner lining started tearing apart. We sent the shoes in for inspection, but Skechers claimed it was a user error. I'm talking about the inner lining—is it user error for the shoes to wear out under normal use? Should we not wear the shoes at all? I've never seen such nonsense. We pay so much money expecting a quality product, and it becomes trash in two months. I plan to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board. It's unacceptable for a company to take so much money, provide a poor-quality product, and then not stand behind it.
