Singer M1605 Sewing Machine Fails to Sew and Constantly Breaks Needles
I purchased a Singer M1605 sewing machine online in 2021. Since the day of purchase, the machine has been used fewer than five times. Every single time I attempt to use it, the needle either breaks immediately or fails to create proper stitches even when the needle remains intact.
Because of these persistent failures, I brought the machine to an authorized service center. Service technicians claimed there was no underlying defect, adjusted a few settings, and provided basic operational training. However, upon bringing the machine home, the exact same issues recurred, making it completely impossible to use the unit effectively.
Purchased during the pandemic, this machine has sat virtually untouched in its original box because it has never functioned reliably. Having a product fail continuously despite such minimal usage points to a clear manufacturing defect.
I demand that Singer either accept a return for a full refund or exchange the unit for a defect-free replacement. I am fully prepared to hand over the machine to the company or an authorized service center to complete this process.
