My Singer Overlock Machine Skips Stitches & Needs Constant Repairs
I purchased a Singer home overlock machine 2.5 months ago, and it has been nothing but trouble. It keeps skipping stitches, making it impossible to use properly. I even traveled to another city just to take it to an authorized service center for repairs. After the fix, it worked for a while, but now the same issue has returned. This means I have to travel again just to get it repaired, which is both time-consuming and frustrating. I can’t even ship it for service because there is no cargo service in my district. Why does a brand-new machine require constant repairs? I expect Singer to offer a real solution or a replacement—this is not what I paid for!
