Unacceptable Customer Service From Siemens
Due to a malfunction with my Siemens washing machine, I contacted the customer service center at 4446688 on April 24, 2025. A service request was created, and the appointment was scheduled for April 26, 2025. I called the service center 9 times, and they kept assuring me that the technician would arrive by 8:00 PM on the scheduled day. At 8:53 PM, I received a call from someone claiming to be a secretary from the technical service. They told me there had been a misunderstanding and falsely claimed the appointment was actually for April 28, 2025, and now they would come on May 28, 2025 instead. I called the service center again and confirmed that the appointment was indeed scheduled for April 26, 2025. They are giving false information just to avoid showing up. I had to stay home all day because they kept saying the visit would happen by 8:00 PM. Siemens is now completely done for me. Their service network is a complete disaster. We agree to the service, including the fee, and in the end, we are the ones suffering. We've been waiting for days for them to show up. Don’t even go near this brand. You'll end up having to deal with incompetent people not even worth a penny!
Yes, as you know, our so-called technician who was supposed to come on Monday at 10:00 did not show up. At 11:00, I called the call center, they contacted the technician and gave him my information. He said that he would 'personally contact me and inform me.' Of course, our esteemed technician did not call. Just now, I realized the first contact number is mine, the second is my wife's. Instead of calling me, he called my wife at 17:00 and said he would come if we were available. Our technician just felt like working. Apparently, he earns his bread from here when he feels like it. As if we called for free, but they sure know how to charge a 700 TL service fee. He claimed our appointment just appeared on his screen. Truly, this is a company that works with scammers who are not worth a penny. The call center has no authority either. If you buy a product trusting the brand, you'll be left in the lurch, friends; it's not the company we thought it was. You'll be disgraced despite paying money. Siemens = trash... Now I'm buying a new washing machine from a different global brand. I will also take this issue to the Consumer Arbitration Board. If he had any decency, he would have called me, not the second contact number.
We drop everything and wait for you all day on Saturday and Monday? He tries to fool people as he likes, thinking we don't know the procedures. It just appeared on his screen. No, dear, then why don't you call back when the call center calls you?
