Siemens Refused to Replace My Faulty Noisy Air Conditioner Despite Evidence

The air conditioner I purchased on 11/28/2023 has been causing noise problems since the day it was installed. Despite 11 visits to my home, my problem was not resolved. The technicians who came did their best. They tried to solve the problem with soundproofing tapes upon the guidance of the Siemens switchboard, but it could not be resolved. I have an air conditioner that makes loud noises that will wake me up from my sleep. I bought this air conditioner to warm up, and I do not have natural gas or any other heating device in my home. Since the air conditioner is faulty, I cannot operate it and I am very cold in my home. The technical service came to my home again and requested a replacement. Because the technician knows that my air conditioner is faulty and sees my grievance. Today, on 01/15/2025, the technical staff called me and said that they were working on your replacement. They asked me to send the barcode on the right side of your air conditioner and approve the replacement of the product, which I did. He then called again and said that despite all the procedures and the technicians saying that the device was not normal and needed to be replaced, they decided not to make a replacement. They said that an authorized person who watched the videos I sent to Siemens center via e-mail rejected my request and did not provide a replacement. The personnel said that the air conditioner was normal from the videos they watched. Now everyone should watch the videos. Do you think these sounds are normal? However, Siemens service technical personnel said that the air conditioner I personally sold to you as a technician was not normal and that you should seek your rights. On top of that, I called Siemens customer service because I requested a replacement from the center. They said that they would not make a replacement and that every product can be noisy. Yes, it was as if they were joking. I spoke to Ms. Y*** and told her that I wanted to speak to an authorized person. I wanted to ask how they could say that the air conditioner that their own technical personnel said was faulty was normal. She told me that I was the most authorized person. I told her that I would file a lawsuit if this problem was not resolved. Ms. Y*** said indifferently; You can seek your rights through legal means. And she hung up the phone. Now I am uploading the videos of the air conditioner for everyone to see. And of course I am filing a lawsuit.

They called and said that you wrote a complaint, but you were informed that there would be no exchange, you will use it like this :)
