Yet, the problem still hasn’t been resolved—the refrigerator continues to operate with loud noise. With every service visit, something is changed, but there’s no result! This is no longer a solution—it’s just stalling. They claimed the issue is due to the quiet surroundings amplifying the noise. We waited patiently and in good faith, but this level of inconvenience shouldn't be ignored. We've reported the situation to Siemens Samsun Atakum representatives both in writing and verbally, many times. We requested a replacement, but our request was ignored. After purchasing so many products, when it comes to owning up to a fault, suddenly everyone goes silent! This issue has worn me down so much—I no longer have the strength or energy to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board. That’s why I’m sharing my complaint here publicly. It’s truly disappointing that a brand like Siemens is acting so irresponsibly and indifferently.
