Siemens Refused to Replace My Noisy Refrigerator
The Noisy Refrigerator I Bought from Siemens Samsun Atakum Store Is Not Being Replaced! I purchased 10 household appliances in bulk from the Siemens store in Atakum, Samsun. However, the refrigerator has been excessively noisy since the very first day. We’ve called Siemens service multiple times; they came and replaced two separate parts. Yet, the problem still hasn’t been resolved—the refrigerator continues to operate with loud noise. With every service visit, something is changed, but there’s no result! This is no longer a solution—it’s just stalling. They claimed the issue is due to the quiet surroundings amplifying the noise. We waited patiently and in good faith, but this level of inconvenience shouldn't be ignored. We've reported the situation to Siemens Samsun Atakum representatives both in writing and verbally, many times. We requested a replacement, but our request was ignored. After purchasing so many products, when it comes to owning up to a fault, suddenly everyone goes silent! This issue has worn me down so much—I no longer have the strength or energy to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board. That’s why I’m sharing my complaint here publicly. It’s truly disappointing that a brand like Siemens is acting so irresponsibly and indifferently.
