My purchase of a Siemens refrigerator took place on August 6th, 2024. As soon as the refrigerator was delivered to us, we noticed that the door handle did not fit properly, and there were multiple dents on the appliance. Following the fact that we informed the company of this, they merely dismissed our concerns, asserting that these problems were to be anticipated and that they would not consider any requests for returns or exchanges.

Today, the customer representative of the relevant company contacted me and informed me that the device was damaged during transportation and that discussions with the logistics company are ongoing, which may prolong the process... Due to the damage caused to the device by the logistics company, we, as customers, have been aggrieved... I have never encountered such an approach with any other company before... What is the point of having authorized company personnel deliver the product to the customer during the delivery phase when such products go through a quality control process during production?

Today, I was called by a gentleman from Siemens customer service who informed me that there might be fluctuations with the device and that no action could be taken regarding the device as the same issue might occur with the new device as well. However, the mentioned device does not have fluctuations but rather a dent resulting from an impact. When the device was shipped, we informed the authorized service that the door handle was not fitting properly, and despite their intervention, it is still not fitting as can be seen in the picture. The gentleman who called me is also unaware of this. It seems customer satisfaction only lasts until the device is purchased. They also mentioned that a replacement is not possible because we only have the invoice and not the delivery note. Isn't it already clear where I bought this refrigerator and which logistics company delivered it? You are causing the customer to suffer from the damage that occurred during shipment. Shame on you...
