Siemens No Frost Refrigerator Keeps Breaking Down and I Want a Replacement
I bought a brand-new Siemens no-frost refrigerator, but I've encountered multiple problems since the purchase. Even after several repairs by the authorized service, the same issues continue to arise. Despite replacing components like the card, thermostat, and sensor, the refrigerator continues to malfunction. I am truly disappointed by this experience and the absence of a lasting solution. After numerous attempts to resolve the issue, I think the best course of action is to replace the product. I had to take the extra step of reaching out to CİMER, which really shouldn't have been required for an issue like this. I am urgently asking Siemens to take action by replacing my refrigerator and fixing this ongoing issue.
