Siemens IQ700 Washing Machine Door Cracks Despite Warranty Replacement

The chrome-look plastic trim on the door of my Siemens IQ700 series washing machine (model WG44B2A0TR/01) has cracked and broken. Since the product is under warranty, I contacted the authorized service center. During the inspection on December 22, 2025, the issue was accepted as a manufacturing defect, and it was decided that the door would be replaced free of charge.
However, during the installation of the newly delivered door on December 23, 2025, the authorized service technician identified that the same problem was also present on the new door. I was informed that the situation would be reported to Siemens headquarters. Despite this, on December 29, 2025, both the authorized service center and Siemens Customer Service informed me that this breakage was now considered to be “within tolerance.”
I do not accept this assessment. The relevant part completely separates from its position during opening and closing of the door, comes into direct contact with the hand, and negatively affects both ease of use and safety. In this condition, the part is clearly defective. The fact that the same breakage exists even on a brand-new replacement part for a premium-segment IQ700 series product shows that this is not an isolated issue, but a chronic quality problem.
Classifying a broken and detached part as being “within tolerance” is unacceptable both from a technical standpoint and under consumer protection regulations. While the issue was initially acknowledged as a manufacturing defect, later rejecting it despite the same defect being present on the replacement part is a highly contradictory approach.
My request is that the broken door component be replaced with a flawless part, or, if a permanent solution cannot be provided, that my legal consumer rights be fully respected. Otherwise, I would like to inform you that I will pursue all legal remedies with all supporting documents and records.
