I purchased a washing machine from Siemens and opted for extended warranty coverage. However, I've encountered a serious issue: the inner chamber of the washing machine is rusted. As a result, our laundry is coming out with different colors and getting torn. Many of our clothes have been damaged. When I contacted the company for service, their response was surprising and frustrating. They claimed the rust was caused by a chemical product, despite our assurance that we only use detergent and softener (including bleach). They're demanding ₺10,000 from us to fix the issue, which is unreasonable. I wash my own clothes and would never intentionally use anything harmful. I invested in Siemens products and even extended the warranty, but now I feel let down. I've attached photos of the product to illustrate the problem.  I no longer trust Siemens products.

I was called today and, of course, it was another disaster. They said they couldn't replace the product. The part needs to be changed (just 10 days ago, a part was changed, and I had struggled for months for that part change. You can imagine the laundry waiting, and they had initially asked me for money for this part change). They supposedly said they would forward it to the service request, but no one has called or asked. Again, I have to call and follow up. In other words, their products are problematic, and you have to deal with it. Today, I am starting my legal process. Until that process is completed, I will wait for them to graciously come and change the part. I don't even want to mention the material and emotional effort I've spent. I am forced to spend an incredible amount of time.

The Siemens brand has truly become a test for us. After long efforts and it being obvious that we were right, the company replaced the product. Unfortunately, the friends who brought the product scratched it from top to bottom during installation. We showed patience and said it's okay. The next day, they said they would come and change the casing of the product. For months, all our weekends have been spent waiting for Siemens services during this process. We agreed to that as well. They came and changed the casing, completely disassembled and removed the product. After they left, we started the product and it began making an incredible noise again. There is a machine constantly making a thumping noise in the house, sounding like old wringer washers. We think it's because they disassembled and reassembled the product here. Despite telling the service person, he gave us a funny and unsympathetic response, saying "it's psychological." Even though I insisted, he treated us like we were crazy. My brother has the same product. We even took the same laundry we washed and went to his place to wash it there to check the noise. It's not even close. They have the same product but it works very quietly. Believe me, we even did that. If our machine continues to work like this, the drum will get damaged, and they will say it's our fault and wash their hands of it. While working, the machine suddenly bangs so hard that you think it’s broken. Supposedly a brand new machine. Because they scratched it, they disassembled and reassembled the brand new machine again and again. I'm leaving the videos below. I've never seen such service quality or product quality. We've been dealing with this product for months. I will now sue to obtain all my legal rights along with compensation. We have been very worn out financially, psychologically, and time-wise during this process.

Yesterday, a friend from technical service was directed to us. We are experiencing issues while washing the product, and despite my saying that you need to wait for the washing to complete, he put it on a 10-minute program and said there was no problem with the product. I insisted, "The product causes issues during washing. It washes for 1.5 hours, and the problem occurs during that time. You came to identify the problem with the product, so naturally, you need to wait for it to wash," but he never allowed it to wash. Because if it washes, the problem will appear. They don't want this to happen. In this situation, the products they bring as brand new are faulty and not new. We are now convinced of this. They repair old products and bring them to you as new, and they don't conduct a washing test to prevent the problem from appearing. As a lawyer, I state that I will sue the entire process from start to finish and legally claim the moral compensation that I am entitled to in this process. The fact that I have shown this much patience is a miracle. I am also attaching the latest noise that occurred below.

The Siemens brand is a complete disappointment. We have reached the end of our process, and despite all the video recordings I have uploaded here, they have evaluated the product's operation as normal. Unbelievable. We have problems with our downstairs neighbor every day; they complain about the machine's noise coming down with a thud. The noise in the house is unbearable; we can't hear each other when the product is running. A legal process will begin between us. Although the technicians have stated there is a problem (these are documented conversations), they report to the company that there is no issue, or the company prefers it this way. Today, I am starting my legal process for compensation for both material and moral damages. As a lawyer, I will not be lenient regarding the compensation I will receive from now on. Consider hundreds of times before buying a product from this brand, otherwise, you will be shocked by the victimization you will experience and the company's approach to customers. I will complain about them on all social media platforms. I will also seek support from all the influencer clients whose legal processes I handle. I am attaching my relevant documents. Please know that you will experience these processes when buying the brand and I sincerely recommend choosing a brand where you won't face these issues. The company does not stand behind its products. Never. The after-sales service you receive will be completely different from the state in which they sold you the product. Is the product faulty? They don't care. They sold it to you once. Please be aware of this situation with the brand when purchasing.
