Siemens Refused to Address Mold and Blistering Issue in My 2-Year-Old Washing Machine
My Siemens washing machine bought two years ago, has developed blistering and mold all over. We called Siemens service, and they came to inspect it, taking photos. After waiting days without any update, we called customer service, only to be told there was no service record, even though a technician had come to our home. They created another service record, forcing me to take leave from work a second time to be home for service. After all this, they dismissed it as a user error. How could I possibly cause mold and blistering in a washing machine? They even claimed it was because the machine is in the bathroom. Where else am I supposed to use it? Should I have a special room just for the washer? If these machines are not suitable for bathroom use, why is there no warning during installation? The problem seems to be with those in the head office rather than the service technicians. A representative named K*** from the Head Office called, offering no help, and even suggested I pay ₺6,000 for a replacement as if she was mocking me. I have trusted Siemens for all my appliances and have never encountered such poor service. I demand that this issue be resolved immediately.
