Siemens IQ500 Washing Machine Rusted Within 1.5 Years

I purchased a washing machine from the Siemens brand nearly two years ago, paying more than the market alternatives due to the brand’s reputation for reliability, quality, and long-lasting use. However, despite normal usage conditions and regular maintenance, the washing machine began to rust on the front panel approximately 1 year and 6 months after purchase. The product was used carefully in a dry, moisture-free environment alongside a dryer, and there is no consumer misuse involved. It is clear that this issue stems entirely from a manufacturing-related material defect. This experience, coupled with the authorized service's limited solution of only offering a part replacement, has seriously undermined my trust in the Siemens brand. Not only did I fail to receive the value I expected from my investment in what I believed to be a high-quality and durable product, but the approach toward customer satisfaction has also been disappointing. Under Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, I request that the product be evaluated as defective and replaced with a new one. As a consumer, I ask for my grievance to be resolved in line with my legal rights.
