I recently purchased a Siemens dishwasher, washing machine, and built-in kitchen set. My dishwasher isn't drying properly, and there are stains on the built-in stove. When I called customer service, they told me I was using the dishwasher incorrectly and claimed there was no technical issue. They didn’t even address the problem with the built-in stove.
Additionally, my washing machine was leaking detergent, but they initially dismissed it as user error. After several calls, they finally admitted there was a fault and fixed it. However, with the dishwasher, they just said it’s not their problem and left it unresolved. I chose Siemens because I thought it was a reliable brand, but they only seem to care until the sale is made. If my appliances weren't under warranty, I wonder how many parts I would have had to replace by now. I just want my issues resolved fairly.
