I purchased a Siemens refrigerator, washing machine, and dishwasher. While the refrigerator works perfectly with no issues, both the washing machine and dishwasher emit a strong chemical odor every time I use them. I contacted the authorized service, and they checked both machines, stating there were no problems. However, the chemical smell persists whenever I run the appliances. I trusted the Siemens brand when purchasing these three products, but I’m surprised and disappointed by the lack of response from such a reputable company. I’m now considering filing a complaint with Consumer Rights. This situation has really dampened my trust in Siemens.
