Urgent Request for Sidra Chain KYC Verification Fix

I’ve been trying to complete my KYC verification in the Sidra Chain app, but my documents are stuck in the review process, and I can’t seem to move forward. It’s incredibly frustrating to encounter the same issue over and over again without receiving any assistance or guidance. I reached out for assistance, but I haven't received a proper response yet. A few of my friends using the app are experiencing the same issue, and they’re seriously considering deleting it due to their frustration.
