I’ve been trying to complete my KYC verification on the Sidra Chain app, but my documents have been stuck under review for a long time, and I’m unable to move forward. It’s exhausting to face the same issue over and over again without any guidance or proper support. I’ve reached out Sidra Chain customer support for help but haven’t received a clear response. Some of my friends using the app are experiencing the same problem and are so frustrated that they’re considering deleting it altogether.
