Sidra Chain Keeps My KYC Verification Stuck Under Review With No Response

I’ve been working on my KYC verification in the Sidra Chain app, but every time my documents are in under review , but I'm still stuck at this point. It’s really tiring to keep facing the same problem repeatedly without any help or direction. I got in touch looking for some help, but I still haven't heard back properly. Some of my friends who use the app are having the same problem, and they’re thinking about deleting it because they’re really frustrated. I'm really hoping someone from the Sidra Chain team notices this and provides a solid solution soon.
