Sidra Chain Delayed My Verification for Two Months Despite Multiple Follow-Ups

I sent my verification paperwork to Sidra Chain more than two months ago, and my account remains under review. As asked, I sent all the required information and accompanying documentation; yet, I have not gotten any updates or comments from their staff. My capacity to use the site has been much compromised by this delay since I cannot finish necessary transactions without proof. Simply claiming that my matter is "under review," I have tried contacting Sidra Chain's support service several times via email and their chat system but the responses have been generic and useless. Sidra Chain, a platform that bills itself as dependable and quick, has handled this problem somewhat poorly. I want quick response to settle this.
