First, make sure that the papers you send are clear and meet all the requirements. Images that aren't clear or information that doesn't match up cause a lot of delays.
If everything seems fine, open a help ticket at support.sidrachain.com and describe the problem in detail. Be sure to include your full name, registered email address, and account ID.
It can also be helpful to join Sidra Chain's public support channels.
They have busy groups on apps like Telegram and WhatsApp where people share their problems and how they solved them.
By joining these groups, you can get help right away and find out how your verification is going.
If you don't hear back within a reasonable amount of time, you might want to take the problem to the next level by making a complaint on Xolvie. Other users have had similar experiences there.
