SidraChain Account Marked Inactive and KYC Access Blocked
I have a problem with my Sidrachain account being marked as “not active” which prevents me from accessing anything on the platform. When I try to log in with my password, I immediately receive a message that the account is not active and I cannot reach the dashboard or the KYC/verification section at all. This issue started about four days ago. I did not intend to deactivate or close my account, and I need to use it again. My Sidrachain username is @bangis0*** and the email registered on my account is bab***[email protected]. I created the account around 26 November 2024. I have already tried to contact Sidrachain support, but I received a response that the ticket lookup is unavailable, so I could not follow up properly or get a clear solution. I kindly request that my Sidrachain account be reactivated or that I am at least given access to the KYC section. Once my access is restored, I am ready to complete all required KYC steps immediately with my ID and selfie. I did not close the account intentionally and I would like to continue using Sidrachain without any restrictions. I am asking for my account to be unlocked as soon as possible so that I can complete verification and resume normal use of the service.
