Sidra Chain and KYC Port Login Loop Preventing Account Access

I am a user of the Sidra services, specifically Sidrachain and KYC Port, and since 8 June I have been unable to access my accounts. Every time I enter my login details and press the login button, the screen returns to the initial page again and this cycle keeps repeating, so I can never actually enter my account. There is no error message or notification shown on the screen. Because of this issue I cannot use my Sidrachain and KYC Port accounts at all. On the night after the problem started, I already sent an email to your support team explaining this situation, but until now I have not received any reply or solution. I kindly request that my Sidrachain and KYC Port account access be restored as soon as possible and that you inform me clearly about the cause of this login problem and how it will be prevented in the future.
