Sidra Chain OTP Not Received - Account Access Lost
In the past, I used my Sidra Chain account on my mobile phone with a phone number login, and I also logged in with my personal Gmail account. Since the night before last, I have not been able to log into this account. When I try to log in, I request that the OTP code be sent, but I do not receive it, so I cannot access my account at all. I am not sure whether my Sidra Chain account was accidentally deleted or if there is another technical issue, but at the moment I have completely lost access and I do not know where or how to contact support directly. This situation is causing me a lot of inconvenience because I cannot use the services linked to this account. I kindly request that Sidra quickly check my Sidra Chain account registered with my phone number and my Gmail address, restore my access, and arrange for OTP codes to be sent to my Gmail so that I can log in again. I hope the support team will contact me via my registered phone number or Gmail and guide me specifically on the steps to recover my account as soon as possible.
