Fix My Sidra Chain OTP Delivery Appropriately And Deliver Immediately
For the past two to three weeks, I have been unable to log in to my Sidra Chain account because the one-time password (OTP) never arrives in my email. I am supposed to receive the OTP via email, and I have already checked my spam and junk folders several times, but there is no message from Sidra Chain. I have repeatedly used the “resend code” option, but the OTP is still not delivered, so I am completely locked out of my account. I have not yet been able to reach support through any alternative method and the problem has been ongoing without any improvement for weeks. I kindly request that you urgently investigate and fix the OTP delivery problem on my account so that I can receive the codes to my email and be able to log in again without further delay.
