My personal account with Sidra chain was suddenly deactivated without any reason known to me. I noticed the problem yesterday when I logged out and tried to log back in, but I could no longer access my account. I did not receive any prior notice, explanation, or warning about a possible deactivation, and I have not been informed of any violation or issue related to my account. Currently, each time I try to log in, I am simply unable to access my account. I kindly request that my Sidra chain personal account be urgently reactivated and that I be informed of the reason why it was deactivated in the first place, if there is any specific reason. Hello, Thank you for your response. I would like to provide more details regarding my issue. My Sidra Chain account was working normally before it suddenly got deactivated. I did not receive any notification, warning, or explanation. Whenever I try to log in or complete KYC verification, I receive an error message saying “Could not authorize.” I have already tried different networks, devices, and browsers, but the issue still persists. Please kindly review my account and reactivate it as soon as possible. Also, I would appreciate it if you could inform me of the exact reason for the deactivation. Thank you for your assistance.

My account was suddenly disabled without any explanation. The KYC verification page keeps loading and never opens, which shows that the issue is system-related. Sidra Chain has very poor communication, takes no responsibility, and my problem is still not resolved. This situation has completely disappointed me and made me lose trust.

Hello, it has been over one month since I reported my KYC issue (authorization error), and it is still not resolved. This delay is unacceptable. I cannot access or use my account properly because of this problem. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate this complaint publicly. Kindly treat this as urgent and fix it without further delay.
