Need Help Finding Sidra Chain Support Contacts

I created an account on Sidra Chain and, as part of the process, I submitted my identity documents and selfies for verification. I uploaded the front and back of my ID, as well as a selfie where I am holding both sides of the ID. However, despite completing these steps, my account was not verified, and the system does not offer any option to re-verify or re-submit my documents. I have been facing this issue since December 2024, and I could not find any customer support contact for Sidra Chain to get help or clarification about my verification status. I am currently stuck, as the platform shows that I am not verified but does not allow me to try the process again. I kindly request that my situation be reviewed and that I be provided with a clear way to re-submit my documents and selfies for verification, or an alternative method to complete the verification process so that I can properly use my Sidra Chain account.
