Sidra Chain Delayed My KYC Verification and Ignored My Resubmissions

Because of its continuous technological problems, Sidra Chain has been a somewhat irritating platform for me. For weeks I have been trying to have my KYC confirmed; every time I send my paperwork, the procedure either gets caught or I am asked to resubmit without any explanation. I have contacted their assistance several times just to get generic comments failing to solve the real problem. Similar issues have been experienced among others in Sidra Chain forums; some have waited more than a month and still have not been accepted. The several delays and little communication make me doubt the dependability of the platform. It is frustrating that a corporation claiming to give innovation first priority cannot resolve such fundamental operational problems.
