Reactivate My Sidra Chain Account Please
I have been unable to access my Sidra Chain account for about 3 to 4 days. Whenever I try to log in, the system shows a message that my account is inactive, and it does not allow me to log in at all. My account currently contains funds/assets that I cannot access because of this issue, and I have not made any changes, such as changing phone, password, or submitting documents, before the problem started. I have also not yet been able to reach customer support to resolve this. I request that my Sidra Chain account be urgently reviewed and reactivated so that I can access my money and use my account again, and that I be informed of the reason why the account was made inactive.
