Sidra Chain Account Recovery Request - 2FA Lockout
I am a verified user of the Sidra Chain mobile app, and I am currently unable to access my account because it has been hacked and taken over by someone else. The hacker has set up two‑factor authentication (2FA) on my account, so I cannot log in at all, and is now demanding 10,000 in order to release the account back to me. I first realized that my account had been hacked and that I could no longer log in on 2 December 2025. Before the hack, I had already been experiencing “Invalid OTP” errors when trying to log in using Google Authenticator for my two‑factor verification. Each time I entered the code from the authenticator, the system showed an “Invalid OTP” message. I tried several times, always using the newest code immediately. I also checked my device time settings to ensure they were set to automatic and properly synced, and I checked my spam and junk folders in case any messages were sent there. Despite all these steps, I still could not log in. I have contacted Sidra Chain support more than 30 times through the support portal about this situation, but I have not received any response so far. I can provide all necessary information to verify my identity and account ownership, including my Sidra username (kaybeejos) and any registered contact details or additional documents that may be required. I request that Sidra urgently remove the hacker’s access to my verified account, reset the two‑factor authentication, and restore full access to me as the rightful owner. I also ask that you fully investigate this incident and guide me clearly on the next steps needed from my side so that my account can be secured and returned to me as soon as possible. Thank you, Kabiru Yusuf Abdu*****
