Sidra App 2FA Code Problem
I have been using my Sidra mobile app account, but for about one year I have not been able to log in because the application suddenly started asking for a 2FA (two‑factor authentication) code. I never remember activating 2FA on my account, and I no longer have access to any authenticator app that could generate the required code. The authenticator application I used in the past was deleted around five years ago, so I cannot see any Sidra code there anymore. The last time I successfully accessed my Sidra mobile app account was around 2024. Since then, every login attempt is blocked because I am asked to enter a 2FA code that I am unable to provide. I have not been able to solve this on my own and I have not contacted support before, so I am now asking for your help. I kindly request that you assist me in recovering my 2FA device or providing a secure recovery process so that, after verifying my identity with the necessary documents or checks, I can regain access to my Sidra mobile app account. I would like to continue using my account normally and not lose any data or access because of this 2FA issue.
