Sidra Account Closed by Mistake and Access to Funds Lost


For about four years I have been using my Sidra account and I have worked hard to build up my balance there. Around five days ago, I mistakenly closed my Sidra account myself, and since then I have not been able to find any way to contact your customer service or send my complaint. Because this closure happened by mistake and I want to continue using Sidra, I kindly request that you review my situation and reopen my Sidra account so that I can access my money and continue my transactions as before.
