Sidra Chain Account Deactivated and Still Not Restored

I have been unable to access my Sidra account because it has been deactivated since last year, and I am still facing this login problem. When I try to log in, I see that my account is deactivated, and I cannot use any of the services. I use Sidra from Nigeria, and I have not yet been able to get any explanation about why my account was deactivated or how I can reactivate it. This situation prevents me from using my account and continuing my transactions. I kindly request that my Sidra account be reactivated as soon as possible so that I can continue using my account without restriction, or that I be at least given a clear explanation and solution about the deactivation.
