My Sidra Account Is Locked Due to Google Authenticator Access Loss
I am using a Techno CG 7 phone with Android 11 in Lomé and I can no longer access my Sidra account because I have lost access to Google Authenticator, which was required for the login. After a maintenance period of the service, when the company announced that connections were allowed again, I have not been able to log in anymore due to this Google Authenticator problem. My Sidra account is linked to the email address aminsa***[email protected]. I contacted customer service about this situation, but I did not receive a solution and I am still unable to access my account. I request that my Google Authenticator-based verification for my Sidra account be disabled or reset so that I can regain access to my account with another secure login method.
