Sidra Chain Account Locked - Lost Authenticator After Phone Loss

I was using Sidra on an Android phone, which I lost about five months ago. My Sidra Authenticator codes were only on that device, and since then I have not been able to log into my Sidra account at all. I do not have any access to a clear Sidra customer support or help center channel, so I have been stuck without a way to recover my account or disable the old authenticator. I am currently completely locked out of my account because the system continues to request codes from the lost device. I kindly request that my old authenticator be disabled and that a secure alternative method be provided so I can log into my Sidra account again, or that my account be recovered or reset in a way that allows me to use it on my new device.
