Sidra Chain 2FA Codes Rejected After Maintenance Blocking Account Access
I am using Sidra Chain through Google Authenticator on an Android phone, and since the last maintenance carried out about a week ago, I have not been able to log in to my account because the 2FA codes generated by Google Authenticator are no longer accepted by the platform. Before this maintenance, I was able to access my account without any problem, and I did not change my phone, my application or my settings. The issue appeared directly after the maintenance and has completely blocked my access to Sidra Chain. I currently have more than 500 Freelancium in my account, which I cannot access or manage because of this 2FA problem. I kindly request that my two‑factor authentication be disabled after identity verification, so that I can recover access to my account and to my funds. I am ready to provide all necessary identification documents and my registered email address so that you can locate my account and securely confirm my identity. I ask that this situation be treated urgently, as my funds have been blocked for a week due to this access problem.
