Complaint Regarding Sidra Chain Account Deactivation

My name is Abdulrahman Aamir Al***, and I am a user of Sidra Chain in Nigeria. Today, my Sidra Chain account was suddenly deactivated without any prior notice or explanation, and since then, I have been unable to access my funds or use the service. I did not receive any message or reason from Sidra Chain about why my account was deactivated, and I have not yet been able to reach customer service regarding this problem. This situation has caused me serious inconvenience as I rely on this account for my financial transactions. I kindly request that my Sidra Chain account linked to the email address **aamirabdul****@gmail.com** be urgently reviewed and reactivated, or that I be provided with a clear explanation of the reason for the deactivation and how it can be resolved as soon as possible.
