This is not the first problem I'm having, had issues with Shutterstock before. I can honestly say they don't allow cancellations at any time, they use an automated message, a copy-paste response sent to everyone, which makes it impossible to cancel. Even though I have canceled the automatic payment and subscription, I am unable to renew it on my own terms without the system deducting money from my account. In the last case, Shutterstock charged me $35 even though I didn't use their services, despite the fact that many applications typically provide a trial period or trial membership. I would like to request a refund of the specified amount to be credited back to my user account as soon as possible. If my problem is not solved, I will take legal action and file a complaint through various channels. I have a user ID of 387***723.
