Shutterstock Charging Me Despite Canceling Plan – Requesting Refund and Cancellation

I canceled my Shutterstock plan in June, yet I was still charged in July. For the past two months, I’ve been trying to cancel my plan, following all the necessary steps. I was informed that I would receive an email confirming the cancellation, but no such email has arrived, and my plan remains active. Despite completing the cancellation process, Shutterstock continues to charge me. I demand an immediate refund for the unauthorized charges and the cancellation of my plan. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will take legal action. Please address this matter urgently!
