Shutterstock Request For Refund Of Amount Deducted From My Card Without Prior Notice


I initiated a trial membership with Shutterstock one month ago. After starting the membership, I only downloaded a few photos and did not utilize it further. There was no prior warning about fund withdrawal, and without any notification, my money was deducted. This situation has left me disappointed and has eroded my trust in your company. It is reasonable to expect that a company fulfills its responsibility to warn and inform customers before initiating a withdrawal. I am requesting a refund due to the unexpected withdrawal of funds and also request the cancellation of my account plan to prevent any further unauthorized withdrawals. If the refund is not processed, please be informed that I will pursue my rights through higher authorities and legal channels.
