Unauthorized Renewal of Shutterstock Membership and Refund Request

I subscribed to Shutterstock a month ago, downloaded a few images, and now, without my consent, my membership was automatically renewed on 03.12.2024, and the payment was charged to my account. I was not informed about this renewal, and I do not wish to continue the membership. I am requesting an immediate refund as I have not made any recent transactions or used the service since the renewal.
