I Face Frozen Balance And Unpaid Earnings On Shopee After $17,760 Transaction

On 28.06.2025, I completed my 60th order on Shopee, and my account balance reached $14,760. When I attempted to withdraw this amount, I was told I needed to pay $3,000 as a tax fee. I paid this amount, bringing my total funds in the account to $17,760.

However, despite paying the tax, Shopee support claimed that they could not process such a large withdrawal and asked me to deposit an additional $2,480. I refused to pay more, and since then, my funds have been locked in my account with no possibility of withdrawal.

This situation has left me feeling deceived and financially trapped. I worked hard to complete those 60 orders, and now I cannot access my rightful earnings. I feel emotionally drained and financially burdened by this unresolved issue.

I explicitly request the immediate release of my $17,760 balance and an apology for the undue stress caused. Please resolve this matter within 14 days.
