I Face Trapped Funds And Never-Ending Balance Deficit On Shopee Orders
I opened a store on Shopee in 2025 and started completing orders with the promise that I could withdraw my funds after completing 60 orders. Initially, everything seemed fine, but as I proceeded, the order amounts became higher than my available balance, causing my account to go negative. In order to balance the deficit, I deposited more money, hoping to finally withdraw my earnings.
However, after every new attempt to complete 60 orders, my balance again became insufficient, forcing me to deposit additional funds repeatedly. This cycle never ends. When it comes to depositing money, Shopee is quick to respond, but when I seek support to explain my situation or withdraw my funds, there is no one to assist me.
Currently, I am unable to withdraw my money. They keep saying, “deposit more money, complete the orders, and then you can withdraw,” which feels like a financial trap. This system is impossible for people with limited savings. I even took out a loan, only to end up in a worse financial situation. I lost my money and fell into debt because of this platform.
If you don’t have at least one million ₺ (or even more), don’t attempt this. With every 60 orders, your balance falls short again, pulling you deeper into this endless cycle. I explicitly request my trapped funds to be refunded and demand an apology for the financial and emotional damage caused.
