I Face Withdrawal Problems And Unexpected Fees On Shopee With $30,383 Balance

On 15.06.2025, I registered on the Shopee platform and initially deposited $10 and $20, successfully withdrawing the funds without any issues. Encouraged by this, I deposited $100, and the balance increased significantly. Over time, I continued depositing more funds, and my balance eventually grew to $25,319.

When I attempted to withdraw my funds, Shopee support informed me that I needed to pay a tax fee. I paid an additional $5,068 as requested, and my balance increased to $30,383. However, the tax was still not deducted, and when I tried to withdraw again, they demanded another $3,500 for processing.

After I expressed my frustration to customer service, they froze my account and are now asking for an additional $500 to unlock it. I have lost trust in this platform and feel financially and emotionally exploited. Despite my repeated efforts, I am unable to access my funds or my account.

I explicitly request the immediate reactivation of my account and a full refund of my $30,383 balance. This situation has caused significant stress and financial hardship.
