On May 7, 2023, I purchased a Shiseido Zen perfume from Prime Mall Boyner at full price, avoiding discounts to ensure I received a fresh, authentic product. However, when I scanned the barcode on the ÜTS (Product Tracking System), the product was not registered. Suspicious, I took it back to the store without opening the packaging. The employee manually entered the barcode, and suddenly, the product was accepted in the system. Then, without returning my receipt, they sent me away.
At home, I compared the barcode to my previous Zen perfume, and they were identical—raising even more doubts about its authenticity. Left with no choice, I opened the bottle. To my shock, the scent barely lasted, and after spraying it over 10 times, it smelled more like water than perfume.
Boyner promised an inspection, saying results would be available in one month, but it has now been over two months, and I still have no response. When I questioned the ÜTS issue, an employee was about to explain, but another physically stopped them from speaking, claiming that Boyner no longer registers perfumes in ÜTS—an absurd excuse.
After seeing multiple complaints about fake perfumes from Boyner, I’m outraged. If Boyner is damaging its reputation with counterfeit products, where can customers safely shop in Turkey? I demand an immediate refund and expect Boyner to resolve this issue before losing even more customers. Boyner must take responsibility now!
