Boyner Sent Me an Opened & Used Shiseido Sunscreen – Won’t Accept Return




I ordered a Shiseido sunscreen from Boyner’s online store, but what I received was completely unacceptable. They sent me a different product than what I ordered, and even worse, it was already opened and used, with the seal broken!
When I went to the store to return it, I was told that they cannot accept returns on used products—but I was sent a used product in the first place! How is that fair?
Boyner must take responsibility for this mistake and issue a full refund or send the correct, unopened product. I will not accept being stuck with a used item that I didn’t order.
