On February 15, I purchased four cosmetic products from Boyner Panora (Ankara), including two Shiseido items. On March 4, within the 30-day legal return period, I went to Boyner Ankamall to return the unopened Shiseido products in exchange for the Benefiance Wrinkle Smoothing Eye Cream.
First, they refused my return because the Shiseido representative wasn’t in the store. I asked them to verify the items themselves or send pictures to the rep, but they refused. Then, after calling the rep, they said I couldn’t return the products because the Panora store had given me "gifts" with my purchase, and I needed to return those first.
What gifts? I was only given four small, single-use tester samples, which are meant to promote products, not be considered part of a transaction! This is absurd—Shiseido sold me products worth nearly ₺10,000, and now they are blocking my return over free testers?
