Boyner Sold Me Shiseido Products With No UTS Registration – I Want Answers

I purchased two Shiseido products from Boyner’s online store:

Shiseido GSC Expert Sun Protector Lotion SPF 50
Shiseido Waso Yuzu-C Eye Awakening Cream (20ml)
After receiving my order, I checked both products in the ÜTS (Product Tracking System), but neither of them appeared in the database. This raises serious concerns about their authenticity and safety.

As a trusted retailer, Boyner must ensure that all products meet proper regulations and are registered. I demand an immediate explanation regarding this issue. If these products are not officially recorded, I expect a full refund or verified replacements. Boyner, please address this concern immediately!
