After receiving my order, I checked both products in the ÜTS (Product Tracking System), but neither of them appeared in the database. This raises serious concerns about their authenticity and safety.
As a trusted retailer, Boyner must ensure that all products meet proper regulations and are registered. I demand an immediate explanation regarding this issue.
