I have been filling up my LPG tank at the Kayseri Shell Gas Station for 6 months now, but recently I noticed that the tank was only being filled with 36-37 liters of gas, despite having a capacity of 42 liters. When I went to Birgen LPG, they filled my tank with the correct amount. I reported the issue to Shell's main office, but they dismissed my complaint, claiming that there was no problem with their pumps. The customer service representative I spoke with was rude and unhelpful. It's clear that Shell is overcharging their customers. I won't be buying any fuel or LPG from Shell again, and I advise others to be cautious and not let themselves be taken advantage of.
