Shell Car Wash Damaged My License Plate and Wipers Twice

I used the tunnel car wash at the Shell gas station in Egekent2, Menemen, twice and encountered issues both times. During the first wash, the machine flung off my front license plate, causing it to break. In the second wash, my wipers were bent out of shape. I have never experienced these problems when using car washes at other Shell stations before, so it’s clear that this machine is faulty. Additionally, it didn’t even produce foam during the wash. When I reported the issues to the staff, they just mentioned that they would inform the relevant people. I believe that Shell should compensate me for the damage caused to my car by this malfunctioning equipment.
