I am filing a complaint about an incident I experienced at a Shell station in July. The male attendant with a dark complexion behaved rudely, insultingly, and aggressively toward me. When I reported the incident to Shell customer service, they initially showed interest and told me the employee would apologize. However, when I later visited the same station again, the same attendant claimed not to recognize me and disappeared without giving me a receipt. Today, I am once again at the same station, and that same employee is walking around arrogantly, displaying the same rude and intimidating attitude. I strongly condemn such indifference from a company as large as Shell. During the incident, I only paid for my diesel fuel and did not suffer any financial loss. My expectation from Shell is that necessary action be taken against this aggressive employee, that I receive a personal and corporate apology, and that measures be implemented to prevent such behavior from happening again.
